Apartments are poorly insulated, maintenance is horribly slow (4 months to fix my doorbell, 5 wks to remove large fallen from front lawn), expensive utilities ($27/mo for water/sewer, $150/mo for elec. in winter). Management has illusions of adequacy. Don't rent anything from Connor & Murphy.

Compared to the other Connor Group apartments these seem little better, it must be because they are a little newer. I went to look at one of these apartments though, and the Apartment Gudie book said one price for one bedrooms, but the lady told me a completely different price that was extremelly higher. I URGE ALL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL CONNOR GROUP PROPERTIES!!!

I highly agree. The Conner Groups lies, cheat and does anything to make a profit. Run for your life. You won't be sorry.

i have lived in two different connor apts and cheaapeake is the one i would tell anyone to move to. I lived there after the new management took over and they were great to me it seems you left right before they took over. You are right about the connor group, I hate the apt i live in now and with this experience i will never rent from them again.

Note: Heartland regional power (trash, sewer and water) is owned by Conner group. And they have bad prces and VERY BAD service.
