Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
It's in a great location but they have had 3-4 property managers in 2 years and the office staff turnsover a lot. They have had some GREAT people in the past but when they move on seems like everything gets dropped. I have been waiting for a carpet cleaning (carpet should have never been in the apartment) for over 3 mos now. It's a dirty property doorway to my building is sick. It's real dark in some areas, light outside my building always out. if not for the location I would have not signed another lease. The price has went up but the service has went down. I would recomend looking at EVERY property in the area if you are interested in living around the location.
