I currently live here, I will not be renewing my lease. People are in and out of here all the time, the people in my building finally got evicted because they were having loud parties constantly and the police were always here. I've had no hot water and no heat for weeks now but they haven't done anything to remedy this issue. My washer leaks all over the utility room which they still have not corrected after about two weeks. They are giving these apartments away right now because they can't get anyone to move in. There are about 4 empty apartments in my building alone. You have to pay for water, trash, etc but they don't tell you that until after you've signed your lease. For the money I could have moved somewhere a lot nicer than here. There's never anywhere close to your apartment to park, they don't clean the ice up nor the snow, and the office manager is a total -----. They even pushed my move in date back to clean the carpets, my carpets have never been cleaned, there are stains everywhere, it's completely ruined. They didn't even do a walk thru with me when I moved in. This place is very unprofessional.
