I am a current resident of Chesapeake landing and would not recommend anybody to move into this shi* hole. First of all, the people that work in the leasing office are very very rude and not understanding. The appartments are a mess, they dont have sufficient parking, and thers constantly people moving in and out. They dont take any care to clean the grounds of snow or dog poop, they have some sort of commision agreement with the water and sewage company whereby they can overcharge you and get a kickback. Only last month my water bill was close to $100 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
The neighbours are allways loud and obnoxious, ther's police over allmost every weekend. Please take my advise and find yourself some place better to live because Chesapeake is just not worth it. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
