Been here 2.5 years and 3 people have been evicted from my building so far. Another tennant smokes pot and stinks up the common entry about 3 times a week; calling the police doesn't help. It's embarrasing to have guests over. They raise the rent $50 every year. We've had to have our water heater fixed 6 times in one year. They won't give us a new one. Every office manager insists they've been here all year, but we've gone though at least 4 since we've moved in. Moving ASAP
