Wow I can't remember how many times my hot water heater has stopped working. Or how many other tennets have been evicted lately. At one point there was 2-3 pot heads living in my building, which makes the common area smell awfull. Sometimes there would be no parking in front of my building, "I pay how much in rent and can't park in front of where i live'" The managment changes every other month. Every year they raised my rent even though no improvements were made. The gym is small and inadequite, and the party room you can rent has cabnets falling off there hinges.
