We are moving! Two weeks ago I put in a maintenance request to fix a leak. Two weeks later dry wall is falling into my food. I have a whole in my kitchen ceiling. I had 4 buckets of water yesterday. I called and said there is now a huge leak in my ceiling and they said, "we will come in and fix it today" Then when I came home from college the leak was still there, drywall still falling, and a bucket overflowing. I called the fire department to com take a look and they said that the light(by the leak) will not spark a fire but they laughed at the fact that this problem could have been prevented. After not even a year I have had two complaints: a barking dog and a leak that they 2.5 weeks later has still not been looked at.
As well the surrounding area is not great. Low-Income housing surrounds the Chimnneys and cops make regular patrols. Kroger is in walking distance. My neighbors smoke things that smell weird. My screen door falls off track and they will not replace it, which I think is alright I have to be careful opening the door but I have a ---- tzu who sometimes rams his head into the screen as he looks outside and it falls on him. The lights on the sidewalk are falling down and are not on at night. Which I think is a safety hazzard when I walk my dog at night I do not want to be jumped or tripped. There was a lot of cool aid stains on the carpet when we moved in.
My review is completely negative. I lived here with my wife and dog and now we are moving and I hate moving. I do not want to move. Do not move here if you have doubts. The land lord ladies are extremely nice and the pools are clean but my review is honest. Do NOT Live Here.

I agree...be careful with your moving truck, I don't want to run into each other on our way our of here. lol
