I rented an apartment their from September 2002 to November of 2003. I don't know where to start there were so many terrible things that happened so I will just list them:

Bathroom floor was half tiled when I moved in and was promised they would finish it with in a week. They never fixed it.

The intercom system never worked and you never knew if you were being buzzed or your neighbor.

This was supposed to be a secured building but they always left the doors wide open for anybody to walk in.

All the bushes outside our apartment were infested with sac worms and my husband had to remove the bushes because the office told us that it was our problem so if we wanted ride of them then we had to take care of it!

The best was when I was 7 months pregnant I was asleep in bed when I hear this terrible rush of water so I got two steps to my bedroom door and was standing in about 5 inches of water. The pipe in the above apartment burst and my entire bathroom ceiling caved in. I tried calling the maintenance emergency number but it was disconnected. I waited for three weeks before they ever responded to the problem.

This was just the tip of the iceberg! The neighborhood is unsafe and cars were constantly stolen or broken into also along with apartments being broken into. I never got my security deposit back because they switched property management groups three times while I lived there and they just somehow lost track of my deposit and had no record of my 200.00 security deposit or me even being a resident there.
