Nothing good to say

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
While I lived at Claypool, there were several different managers. I lived there for about a year and a half. I was lucky enough to have two different apartments while there. The first one was a 2 bedroom. I had a roommate and she moved out after all of the problems that we had. In that apartment the tiles were falling on us while we were taking showers. The other maintainance issues were never addressed by the staff and she moved out on me. I then moved to a one bedroom apartment. The person who lived in it before me had a dog and everything that touched the carpet came up smelling of urine. They never fixed anything. I bought a brand new car and it was hit several times. I heard gun shots go off on several occasions. When I finally decided to move, I talked to the manager at the time who told me not to pay the last months rent. She said that my deposit would count towards that. Three months after I moved out I recieved a court summons because of failure to pay rent. When I called Claypool there was a new person working there that knew nothing of what the other person told me. I never showed up to the court date. I was sick of dealing with it. It was the nastiest place I have ever lived and all of the neighbors were street trash.
