It's not exactly the lap of luxury, but not a bad place either. Parking leaves a bit to be desired, as there is one assigned space per unit and there's not a lot of room for guest parking so spaces are taken frequently by guests or tenants with multiple vehicles. On the plus side, the complex is pet friendly [including large dogs] and the deposits aren't too astronomical. 100-150 non-refundable depending on type of pet [cat vs dog], and the pet pays a monthly rent for being cute [25/mo for my cat], which is kind of a pain but a common theme I've noticed. The condition of the units themselves are so/so, maintainence has a tendancy to be kind of half-assed so its common for things to need to be reserviced but the staff is always friendly and theyre usually pretty quick to come out. Other perks: w/d hookup, privacy fenced patio [townhouses, dunno about apts], dishwasher, garbage disposal and convenient location - close to WPAFB, WSU, and easy access to hwy 35, 675 and rt 4 and on the busline. So, if you don't mind things needing fixed fairly fruquently and a fair ammount of children in the area, it's not too bad.
