I immediately was disappointed with my decision after moving in. I was told that there was an offer for a $1 move in special. After paying the $1 and pet deposit as well as signing the binding lease, I was told that I also owed a month's rent up front (never mentioned before). Then after moving in my heat would not turn off, leaving me with high bills and an 80 degree apartment. It took them 4 times of coming to my house to fix it. Then it didnt turn on! I had several maintenance problems, and they workers there are clueless. I was also called demanding rent for a month that I had paid for and even called my bank to verify that the check had already cleared! I was glad when my lease was finally up, and I would never reccomend to anyone.
