I have lived here for over 3 years...at first everything was peachy..but then the nightmare of the repairs started. The office was always pleasant but the repair people frankly suck. You can never get them to come when there is a real problem. You almost have to threaten to leave or call the health department to have them shake a tail feather. The final straw for me feces from racoons and a dead racoon body in our attic discovered by Time Warner...the apt manager refused to come out said he didnt have the right tools...I have had respitory issues for over a month when I went to the urgent care they stated that it was probably from the fecal matter and urine in our attic above our bedroom...we're moving this week...HOORAY...caution to anyone who is considering the affordable rent...pass it up pay more live somewhere else!!!!!!!!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
