I have to say Dovetree is very clean, landscaped, quiet and well kept. The two years that we've lived here, the staff and management work very hard keep the apartments up. They offer special parties through out the year for the residents with fun and activities for all.

The structure is very well insulated, sound and kept up. The appliances are in excellent condition. The bathroom fixtures are adequate even though I found that the tub was very narrow. The sink in the kitchen is not a standard size but is functional to do what is needed.
The apartment sizes are few, but the one bedroom is adequate with alot of closet and storage space for the size of the apartment.
Maintenance requests responded to quickly, and repairs completed in a timely manner. The management staff does an excellent job with making sure everything is running smoothly.
As with all apartment complexes sometimes there are parking issues, but other than occassional lack of space there are no junk cars or any being worked on. The grounds are well kept and the roadways are clear and in good condition.

Oh and your cat is very welcome.

Unfortunately after two years of residing here we have to relocate and really hate to leave. Tim and Deanne and the staff have been wonderful. They work very hard trying to keep everyone happy.

If you want a great place to live with no over cost of renting we recommend Dovetree. A safe, clean, well located complex.
