Our apartment was well layed out, roomy, and quite comfortable, with tons of closet space. There are w/d hookups in a closet area adjacent to the kitchen. Noise really wasn't a problem, but I could easily hear our downstairs neighbor playing her piano(she was good) when in our master bath of all places. The staff was very nice and helpful for the most part and maintenance was prompt. There were a few 'juvenile delinquents' bullying kids and stealing bikes, gameboys, etc. at the playground, which the management could not really do anything about, other than talk to the parents, who were also complete pieces of $hit.

As long as I kept my kids well away from the playground, it was a pretty nice place.
