we had and attempted break-in that prompted us to transfer to another unit. then, I had a neighbor directly above us that goes home from work after midnight and was loud which prompted me to call the office to complain for SEVERAL times.

above all, We were harrassed in the parking lot by another neighbor which posed a real threat that I had to call 911. to top that, that same neighbor got hold of my entire checkbooks that I had to press charges in which he pleaded guilty. The apartment management had an absolute knowledge of this since one of the staff was the key witness and I called the police from their office. Still.... that "neighbor" of mine still lives in there.

I feel that I have to share my experience to others. It is up to you(renters) to make your choice. This info might be of help though.

they are nice apartments but the carpet is cheap and mine pieced together my closet door was falling off along with another closet door handle that broke off ...they used flat paint which sucks cause ya cant clean it so i had 2 repaint ....they tell u they have a hot tub and tanning but in reality they give u a gym pass so u have to leave ur house to go relax....the workout room is extremly small and some equipment doesent even work .....and everyone who lives here is nosy as hell u cant even go on ur porch or 4 a walk w/o having them stare at u from their windows (weird and creepy)then they leave threatning papers about others cleaning up dog poo ......hey i clean mine but why do i get threatened and they dont try to find out who is doing it .......an they sent letters sayin u cant have a gas grill if u live on the 2nd or 3rd floor but why do i see them still with the grills .....but i cant have one ....and why does the 1st floor allowed to have them ...if theyers catches on fire theyre goin to burn the who place down as well as my home .....u would think it would be oppisite?? i think theyre overpriced all together your bills are probally 820.00 a month 660 for rent and then ur dpnl and phone ...thats not with internet or any other extras u might have .....the apartment mamagers are nice at first to get u in there then u realize theyre just snobby nosed pigs who think theyre better than everyone else ....pull ur heads out of ur asses please ..
