I feel very safe - often see police cars driving through in the evening after dark. Maintenance and management is always courteous and very friendly, eager to help. Apartment is nice and bright with all the windows. Pool & workout room/clubhouse is clean and inviting; has tennis court & sand volleyball court. Convenient location - just one minute from Meijer & Kroger. About 6 minutes from the Dayton Mall and major restaurants. Minutes from highway. My favorite: FREE full membership to Premier Fitness Center (zumba and exercise classes are free, tanning beds, racketball courts, women's side, free child care, black-light-lit room with big flatscreen tv always showing a new movie lets you use treadmills & stairsteppers while watching). Free gas & water - uses geothermal technology which lowers heating & cooling costs. From what I've seen, I think I got the best apartment deal in the area for the price. I pay $630/mo for a 2 bedroom apartment.
