I love this complex!!! I lived in the Kent (1 Bedroom) cottage, so it felt like I had my own little house! I lived here 1998-2000 when Stephanie was manager and then again when I came back to Ohio in 2004 (Kasey runs it now).
It is such a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. The rent is reasonable, they allow pets and they will let you sign a short term lease. This was the only place I rented that actually gave me back my deposit!!!
The management is great and very professional. Everyone in the complex was nice and respectfull when it came to noise. The fitness room and pool could've been a little bigger, but other than that, I loved this place!! I would reccomend to anyone!!
