I rented a 2 bedroom town home with garage for one year. I would probably still be there had my job not forced me to move. The area is pretty safe and convenient to all shopping, entertainment, and banking needs. I never had to put in a maintenance request the entire time I was there. I was never bothered by the staff, and was always given ample notice if they were going to enter my apartment to change the furnace filter. Also, they sign for packages if you are not there to receive them. The only real knock on the place is that my patio door was not very energy efficient and was drafty in the winter. Also, when it was time to move out I gave them 30 days notice and they were very friendly and only asked for my forwarding address to send my deposit to. Speaking of the deposit, it was $200, which I received $180 back because I left the oven dirty, and forgot to wipe out the fridge. So my one year experience at Eagle Ridge was actually much better than I expected and would highly recommend anyone to live there.
