Overall, I like the apartments. They are not very big but are not at all run down. If you don't need much space, then it is a good place to live. Parking is not assigned, but there are more than enough spaces so you don't have to worry about not finding a spot. I rarely hear my neighbors and even if I do, it is never loud enough beyond a slight murmur. When I have had a maintenance issue, they resolve it quickly. The problems that I have with it, though, is that heating the apartment is a lot of money in the winter. The windows are very thin and leak in cold air. The floor is also usually very cold. The management is fairly grumpy but will take care of things in a quick manner.
