I lived here just over a year and can't wait to move. They have raised rent 3 times and no longer include utilities. Maintenance is poor and they have an unrealistic expectation of 45 days notice to move out. I've known several people who got stuck with an extra month's rent because they gave notice on the 16th of the month instead of the 15th.
