The town house is beautiful and large bed room (2 bed room town house). We love it but the bug problem was extreme. We were very confuse to find out that the lease stated that tenant be responsible for all bug and insect problem including extermination. We were told that the property was build only 4 years ago. Since day one we have kill over hundreds of Silver Fish, look it up on line if you don t know what they are. And yes they do bite; I have one in my bed that bites me on the arm. They also crawl over the ceiling above your head. They are all over this apartment complex (I have talked to 5 other tenants in different building).
We also have mice problem. And I have to say that I have a cleaning problem (O.C.D) my home is always clean. The only reason they are coming in to our town home because of the cracks and hole that they did not cover when they build this town home. The maintenance has already cover six areas where mice may be coming through. But we are now living in an infested home with mice droppings and urine. We have a small child and pet. I have to point out to the management that there is no Rodent on the lease stated that tenant have to do the exterminator. I still have not heard back from them and we already caught 9 mice. And still have 12 more traps out. They refuse to move us to another town home or let us out of our lease. We called the Health Dept. and they will be here next week. We will be talking to an attorney about civil lawsuit for health risk and lack of response to mice infestations. We hope to be out of this community very soon. The wall (second floor) is also very thin, we can hear our next door neighbor snore, moving around, or cough when we in our bedroom.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment (not a town home) on the first floor and it is awful! We have had mice since March and it is now September! It is disgusting mice droppings everywhere and we can't even keep food in our pantry! We have complained to management several times and nothing is getting done. They don't follow up with you or even care for that matter. I see that the complaint above was written in 2006, well it is not 2008 and the mice are still here! Matinence put down sticky traps and the mice walked right through them! We have put down regular mouse traps and have caught several! SICK! The management was trying to say it was because of the construction, but clearly not because they have had them for 2 years that I know of! It is clearly due to the fact that the apartments are poorly built, because we have carpet coming up in the living room and you can see cracks in the foundation. If you are going to risk moving here make sure to get a 2nd floor apartment! This place is gross! If you want a parking space after 9 p.m....GOOD LUCK! Seriously it is ridiculous! This cheap a** apartment complex give away the garages that are just sitting there empty! Can not wait to get out of here! Give it a few years and these apartments will be crap!
