I moved to Dayton for work and had to find a place very quickly. I rented a two bedroom town home. I loved how large and open the town-home was. The master bedroom was huge. The location was ideal, as it was by the mall and every big-box store you could imagine. My only compaint was that I could hear my neighbors run up and down the stairs next door to me, as they had small children. I expect this in an apartment, but was dissappointed to hear it in a town home. I understand that I am in an apartment and I will hear noise, but I found this noise to be excessive. All in all, it was an average place to live for the year that I was in Dayton, and I would recommend it to a friend.
