The grounds are nice but the parking is ridiculous, the dumpster is over flowing and smells, and the maintenance staff is a joke. The response by them is reasonable BUT there knowledge is embarassing and the results aren't even close. I have lived there almost 3 months and my AC has been broken for 2 of them. They refuse to address the issue and procrastinate to the point that it has completely ceased up and won't turn on. This is not an effective place to live. They have let myself down on several occasions and it continues to get worse. We are moving out ASAP.
