I would recommend looking around at other apartments in the area. As nice as the place may look from the outside, the inside is a different story. The trash requently gets built up and does not get picked up for awhile, causing it to smell horrible. The price is good and apartments themselves are not bad, but the main problem my roommate and I had was with the procrastination and rude staff and maintenance. If we had a problem (which was frequent) the staff was rude about it. We told the staff about our toilet running every week for 3 weeks and maintenance never came up. After talking with maintenance, they claim to have never heard about it! Also, we called weekly about a critter living in our ceiling whining and waking us up every night, yet it took 3 months for the externimator to be called''!! There is still mold on the siding that was claimed suppose to "be cleaned before we moved in" a 11 months ago...Not recommended.
