We lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and unfortunately our experience was not optimal.

Our neighbors were nice but there are often loud college parties in our building. Parking is extremely limited and it is impossible to find a space near your apartment on a Saturday night.

We had a water leak in our apartment within the first month living there. They came and fixed the leak but refused to replace the stained carpeting. They poorly patched the carpet where they lifted pulled it up to dry it out and did not relay the padding beneath the hallway area.

We sent in numerous requests for repairs that were either answered slowly or ignored completely. We recently bought a house and were able to move out at the end of our lease. However this past weekend we received a notice in the mail indicating that we owed over $800 in overdue rent. They are trying to bill us for June's rent though we moved out at the end of our lease May 25th.

I would not recommend living here. I've found that my mortgage is comparable in price to the rent that I had to pay while living at Georgetown of Kettering.
