THE GOOD: The apartments are of generous size.
THE BAD: Georgetown is mismanaged. They will tell you lies to get you into the apartment. There are overwhelming maintenance concerns. It is not well insulated, the windows are old. The electric bills are high. The water is turned off without notice on a regular basis during the winter. There are bugs everywhere. There is not enough parking. Georgetown is an unprofessional community. Even the staff doesn't live in the apartments.
