I have never lived here. Only because I never got the chance to! I made an appointment to see a unit. At the specified time I showed up. When I walked into the office there was a couple sitting at the managers desk being given the 'glory treatment'. Management did everything short of bringing out a marching band for them. So I quietly waited at the door (still standing). Management looked up for 2 seconds, but didn't acknowledge me in the least. I began flipping through books on their book shelf, and was still ignored! Never was I asked to take a seat or that she would be right with me or anything. Keep in mind that this is a tiny office. You couldn't miss me!! I turned around and left after 10 min of standing and being ignored!! I wasn't going to say anything, but as I drove off I called them back on my cell phone. I told her that I had an appointment at such-and-such a time, but that no one was in the office to greet me. She said "Oh, was that you that was just in here'" (duhhh) I told her yes. She then told me that she was with other customers. Of which I replied, " Well, what was the point of me making an appointment'" She told me that they had just walked in. Again to which I replied, what was the point of me making an appointment if I was going to get ignored. She had a very 'i-dont-care' attitude (on the snotty side). She told me that I could come back later (that she was busy right now)! ( I had to laugh at that one!! Was she for real'! I had a standing appointment but I need to come back later!'') I told her "No thank you. You've been rude enough!" and promptly hung up my cell. I wont even mention that I am ------- American and the couple she was talking to was Caucasian. You draw your own conclusions. But what did I expect out of a complex in Centerville' [My cell has caller I.D. The next day my phone rings and it has their name and number pop up! I pick up the phone and say hello (thinking they were going to apologise and ask me to come out and see a unit). They hung up on me! So I call back and no one answers! -- childish!]

Happy to say I am now renting at Revere Village (in Centerville), and so far they have treated me great!!

The place is horrible, but I was not discriminated against. As a matter of fact I was showed three units, the staff was nice enough, but that place will not be somewhere I am going to live because of the physical state of the units. I too am --------american, it must have been a really bad staff rotation.
