Just moved in two weeks ago. So far I have no complaints and am extremely happy with the place. I'm on the far back side, as far from Far Hills as its possible to be, and the ONLY sounds I hear are birds singing...no street noise, no noise from neighbors....just birds and crickets.

I'm really amazed at this point that there have been so many negative reviews of this place. My one bedroom is cozy, very cool even w/o the air running, was totally clean and up to snuff the day I moved in, and I'm really loving it.

Pool is kept clean and nice, my patio is very pleasant, staff has been nice. Geez, I just don't get the negative reviews. And, NO, I do not work for the place. I'm a photographer and have nothing to do with the management of Georgetown.
