I thought what I'm sure you're thinking right now, these are just some whiny, grouchy poeople writing bad reviews. Think again. I saw all of the bad reviews, and didn't think about it, went in and put a deposit down on a townhome, and got a move in date. I got a call from Georgetown saying that my credit check had gone through, but they needed me to fax my proof of employment one more time. My move in date was 5 days after this, and I did not hear back from them. They call me at 3 PM ON MY MOVE IN DATE, and said that my roommate and I did not qualify for cosigners. Obviously, that's not true. OUR CREDIT CHECK WENT THROUGH. I saved a voicemail on my phone saying that all that was needed now was my proof of employment. These people are completely unprofessional and rude. The leasing agent told us how the "beautiful" courtyards were a great place "to drink beer"... Don't do it! My roommate and I are now at The Woods of Centerville, and it's beautiful. Look everywhere else in Kettering/Centerville and try to find something else, or you will regret it.
