We moved here last summer and the fact that several... and I mean several, units were vacant should have told us not to rent here. We had problems with out move in date to start with. Also, you don't have your own water heater, you share with the whole building so we often take cold showers in the morning... not so great when it's winter outside. The windows and doors are poorly insulated and you WILL spend at least 150$ in the winter to stay about 50 degrees. you can feel the air coming into the apartment around the windows and doors. also, some of our outlets never worked and we have problems with our cable jack. the carpet they installed is very cheap. It was new when we moved in but has already frayed and we are NOT hard on it at all... no kids or anything. we tried to move earlier because my husband was transferred for his job. when we moved in we were told that if we moved out before our lease ended that our penalty would be one month's rent... not true, we have to buy our lease out. the staff had no compassion that he would now be driving an hour everyday. just trust the comments... don't don't don't move here.

Wait, yout upset that they wouldnt let you out of a lease? That is a contract....one that you signed. It's not their fault your life changed. I am paying double rent for the rest of 2006 because I couldnt break a my lease and had to move away. Is that the staff's fault? No its not. Some people are just never satisfied no matter what!

I think you missed the rest of the valid complaints, pplarerude06. Do you get paid to come on here and stick up for the bad apartment complexes?
