Moving here was the biggest mistake. The drug problem is out of control and the apartments are not well maintained. There is always trash in the parking lots and all over the grounds. And Georgtown loves to screw the tenants over with the water bill. Don't move here! All the people who have wrote reviews are not just complainers, they really just are miserable with every aspect of this dump. Also, any good reviews are obvioulsy from office staff. So, DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
