You must be joking! What drugs are you on to give this place a good review' I have never experienced such apathetic office staff or rude neighbors in my life. It's like living in a trailer park complete with the trailer trash next door and upstairs. I cannot wait until I can leave this nightmare. Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. DO NOT believe that they will address your issues per the manager's message above. She does not return phone calls and even when you're looking right at her, she has that blank, vacant look of someone who can't remember where she left her purse, let alone take care of real issues that affect quality of life. Do NOT MOVE HERE!
