This is an unbelievably old complex....it looks nice at first, but then you move in and things aren't so nice. People park thier cars on the lawn (because of all the break ins)...we live like trailer trash. We had several maintenince complaints and were frequently told by the office they would be fixed and they never were...All three of the girls in the office are idiots, especialy the manager who would lie right to our faces. We frequently complained about our stairs...which still to this day are not fixed. We felt this was a safety issue. We new the week we moved in that we wanted to move out, before our lease was up they stalked us trying to get us to stay at 30 dollars more a month...they are out of their minds! We also paid redicuolously high heating bills because the windows are so old and drafty. THe manager promised us a new window but that never happened. THe apartment was dirty when we moved in...there were cabinents falling off the hinges, and we never had hot water, everytime we ran out of hot water the manager said we had a main break. So there must have been one everyweek. The manager blatantly lied about this not happening again...when we called maintenince about it they said it wasnt an emergency. When we went to the office to talk to the manager the girls told me she was too busy....do not rent they dont take care of people.
