I remember how beautiful this complex was when I was a little girl; so, the property is as old as I am. With any complex that has been through several owners and property managers, there will be lingering problems. However, for once, we have a property manager who cares and is doing everything in her power to fix the maintenance issues and right the wrongs. She's done a great job and I commend her. However, everything cannot be fixed overnight.

When I first moved here in 2002, my neighbors were loud, partying, college students whose parents mailed a rent check every month. It was the worst experience ever. Today, my neighbors are of all ages and ethnicities and are very considerate and kind. Unfortunately, many property manager and leasing agents are faced with having approved residents that look good on paper alone. I am sure though, if Jennifer and her staff had a crystal ball, they'd certainly use it!

Since we have had the current management, I can honestly say that I gladly tell people to come in and give us a look. To be honest, there was a time when I would not have recommended Georgetown to anyone, including my enemies; mostly due to management and maintenance. I, and others, have found Jennifer to be kind, compassionate, and a person of integrity. You couldn't have a better property manager. And, no, I am not an employee, just a grateful resident.
