I have lived in this community for about three years, yes the management has been absolutely horrible, until now. Jennifer is a welcomed addition to the complex, she is an absolute doll that is trying everyway in her power to fix the delapidated problems that have occurred over the years. The community is rather quiet except for a few loud younger residents that have recently moved in. But for the most part okay. The only negative is that, althought the move in specials are at a nice price, if you plan on renewing your lease, you are definitely going to pay for it with anywhere from a 50.00 to 150.00 jump in your rent. And althought you place a 299.00 deposit, READ YOUR LEASE because the most you could get back after you move out is 125.00 after there fees witch I think is crap.
