When we first started living here we thought, yes this is a good place. Then management changed twice, two of the more consceinous agents left, and some liars came to work there. The facilities staff while ok, were not the speedest of the group. The apartments NOT seen on their website are over 40 years old and in great need of TLC; not only physical but meta-physical. Yes, there are resident ghosts, ghouls, and drunks. I was anxious to leave and when I tried to move my family to a better situation the office staff lied that we were in bad standing with the company. The particular agent referred to here has a reputation of it and used to work at the property years before. It does have great potential, but the management of the property need to look for better people to take care of the tenants not stiff them for every dollar they can get!

I am very upset at the fact that on their website they have pic of the gardening that a friend of ours did, not what they did. they don't do anything for this community. they could not even give our friend a break on rent or anything even though most the pics on the site are from her decorations and gardening. they tell you what you want to hear and then get ya hear then screw ya some physically and mentally. not mentioning the leasing agents name that has done that to guys i know.
