So let me ask you this..your dream apartment would include':

a murder sucide
drug deals
a sex offender
no lighting outside
walking a mile to your apartment
crazy parties that wake you up
the staff not care about anything but filling their quota
building so old its falling apart and you getting charged for it
upstair neighbors barely walking but you can hear it all
the smell of pot'
awful grounds, only looks 'decent' in the fall
un polite neighbors
and being 'herded' which is against the law, meaning they put yu where they think youll fit in...like if your young and living with a roomie, except to be put in an area where theres the same put pot smoking, alcholics who party everynight, just because they think thats what you would do...

ready to move in yet'

then let me tell you this is the place to be
dont be fooled by the staff writing great topics and titles to get you in here.

I agree with you 110%. this place is the crud of Kettering. Don't even think of moving here. You will regret it after the first month...

Try Amhurst Apartments in Dayton. They don't tolerate noisy neighbors and have no problem asking them to leave!
