I would probably rate this place in the broken toilets that are part of my $900.00 per month abode. Yea, that's right, $900... Oooooh yea, forgot to tell you about that 100 plus dollar stipend you have to pay for the outdoor lights, swimming pool, and the like... Heck, if I'd of known that, I'd have gotten myself a condo.... Parking is a mess, particularly in winter. I paid the extra for a car port, but, in winter, your neighbors will park there for you ... so you don't have to... Yea, I'm a little miffed. Save yourself a bundle of headaches, go somewhere else. (Probably the worst thing about this place is the office staff, who take great delight in lying, fabricating their version of the truth, making promises they have no intention of keeping, and generally being exceedingly disreputable. Apartment maintenance is non-existent. Hope your stuff doesn't break, cause you'll live without it for a good long time while they appease you with stories of the grand renovations that are just around the corner... (I think they mean .. down the street! My bad. ;-)

I live here now til august and its the worst we have a list of several things wrong. Parking is awful. the water randomly goes off for hours at a time. and i have to keep my heat on 80 to keep warm during the winter,
