I am sure this is Aaron and Faye writing this review. They are the only one who thought they did a good job. Why did they get FIRED for if they did a great job.Things are changing here and if you don't like the changes then move out.No one is making you stay here.
Maybe the reason there has been so many changes in management are people like you.

Well I know for a fact that Faye quit the job because of the crooked owners lies after lies. I live here because I have no money saved up yet to move out but will be soon.The people here are full of *hit only a few good people here. The drugs are heavy here selling out of every building every where you walk through the halls you smell pot. I know of a couple people here that sell it maybe I will make a phone call to someone to let them know, last time I knew it is Illegal.THERE ARE ALOT OF UNFAIR HOUSING LAWS BEING BROKE AND ALOT OF RESIDENTS ARE FILING CLAIM

THE ONLY FACT YOU MIGHT KNOW IS THE DRUGS BECAUSE THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS.WHICH HOPEFULLY YOU AND YOUR CRACK HEAD FRIENDS WILL BE LEAVING SOON..BYE AND GOOD LUCK TO YOUR FAMILY.YOU SAY YOU KNOW FOR A FACT FAYE QUIT WHAT A LINE OF CRAP.95% OF THE RESIDENCE THAT LIVE HERE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO FAYE WAS..AND NEVER HAD KNOWN HE WAS EVEN MARRIED,WE HAD NEVER SEEN HER OUT LIKE A MANAGER NEEDS TO DO,AND JUST EVERY NOW AND THEN SEE AARON WALKING TO HIS GARAGE DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT..IT SURE WAS NOT DOING ANY REPAIRS.FAYE HAD HAD NOT EVEN SIGNED ANY OF THE LEASES OF PEOPLE THAT I KNOW OF, WHICH THE LAST I CHECKED IS PART OF BEING A PROPERTY MANAGER.SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT AARON OR FAYE THEY THREATENED YOU TO WRITE YOUR RESPONSE, LIKE THEY USE TO THREATEN THE TENNANTS WHEN THEY WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT WOULD GO ON FOR YEARS AND NEVER GET FIXED. I HAD NO WORKING ELECTRIC ON THAT SIDE OF MY APARTMENT FOR 3 YEARS 3 YEARS COME ON, WHEN OUR NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN THEY FIXED IT THE FIRST DAY PLUS ALL YHE OTHER THINGS THAT WERE WRONG IT ENDED UP A BREAKER A $5.00 ITEM. I HAD FAUCETS THAT WOULD NOT TURN OFF IT WAS LIKE THEY WERE ON LIKE SO MANY OTHERS THAT I KNOW, I AM SURE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WAS WASTED BECAUSE IT WAS ALSO NOT REPAIRED, PEOPLE WAS MOVED IN WITH THE NOTHING DONE BUT PROMISED AND LIED TO, HE DID DO THAT GOOD,AARON WOULD SAY JUST MOVE IN AND I PROMISE EVERYTHING WILL BE FIXED AFTER YOU GET IN YOUR APARTMENT BUT 1 PROBLEM IT NEVER GOT DONE.I WOULD CALL GET HIS VOICE MAIL OR GO TO THE OFFICE BUT WOULD NEVER EVEN GET A ANSWER AT THE OFFICE OR A PHONE CALL BACK.. YOU CALL THAT MANAGEMENT.. I CAN REMENBER 1 TIME MY DISHWASHER WENT OUT AND ABOUT 2 YEARS LATER HE HAD SOMEONE BRING A DISHWASER UP AND HE SAID HERE YOU PUT IT IN, WONDER WHY THEY WERE FIRED THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MANY MORE OF THE RESIDENTS THEY WERE FIRED THEY DID NOT QUIT ALL THEY DONE WAS COLLECT THERE PAY CHECK THAT IS ALL THEY WORRIED ABOUT IT SURE WAS NOT THE THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. THE ONLY FACTS YOU THINK YOU KNOW ARE NONE HOW WOULD YOU KNOW ANY FACTS WITH YOUR BURN OUT ZANEX MIND.............. AND TO THE RESIDENTS ALL WE CAN SAY IS THINK GOD THEY ARE GONE AND WE HOPE THEY NEVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO DESTROY A PROPERTY AS FAST AS THEY DID TO THIS ONE. YOU THINK YOU KNOW THE HOUSING LAWS THEN JUST NAME 1 LAW BEING BROKE. THIS PLACE IS BEING MANAGED LIKE A APARTMENT COMMUNITY SHOULD BE, EVERYTHING CAN NOT BE FIXED BY OUR NEW MANAGEMENT IN A FEW MONTHS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN HERE WHEN IT HAS BEEN RAN DOWN INTO THE GROUND BY AARON, FAYE? FOR YEARS, THE ? MARK IS FOR SHE MIGHT HAVE NOT EVEN HAD KNOWN SHE WAS THE MANAGER YEARS AGO THIS WAS THE PLACE EVERYONE WANTED TO LIVE AND IT IS TURNING INTO THAT PLACE AGAIN.AND AFTER ALMOST 10 YEARS LIVING HERE THANK GOD IT IS TURNING AROUND AS FAST AS IT IS.

I live here and who ever is writting this junk should grow up and stop putting the blame on others we all know what was done here before new managmeet came in so who is better I pick old managers was so much better.I have nothing against the new managers.But I am moving out because I like the old managers better.I am moving where the couple that ran this place which was 2 of them.So enjoy Lakeshore because where IM going is much better

I agree,you all need to grow up. At least before, the old managers tried to cut down the drama.Some of the residents used to drive people crazy.The old managers were given more than just a few vacants with some maintenance problems,they were given a hornets nest with alot more problems that had been going on for 10 years.I also pick the old managers over the new ones. The new ones act real uppity to say the least.I also will be moving where the old ones went.

Um....HELLO, the above response again seems to be Aaron. Not only did they condone the "Drama", they themselves were a part of the "Drama".And one more thing, the above post says at the end "I also will be moving where the old ones went".......Here's the problem with that. "The old ones" i.e. Aaron and Faye, went around the corner in the SAME BLOCK as the apartments here, literally 800 feet out of the parking lot. And they have a House of their own, they are NOT managing any complex, so the ONLY way whoever wrote the above post could go where they went, is if they physically live in the house with them. Oh, and they also used the "Anonymous" posting style.....CLASSIC! Chad (And again this is The REAL Chad)
