I used to live in the village apartments so I can't talk to the tower apartments. Overall, these apartments were nice. However, beware of living on the bottom units. The insulation is poor between upstairs and downstairs. You can hear quite a lot from your upstairs neighbors (i.e. televisions). Insulation from the outside is good (you can barely hear traffic from I-75). Maintenance can be spotty in terms of getting things fixed. Pet policy is very generous (this can be a positive or negative, as some of the dogs are very large)
