I have lived at Mad River for one year now. New management took over at the end of March and they have been doing a great job. The office staff treats you like family and knows almost all the residents by name! Maintenance is great, they get to your service request within a timely manner and if you have an emergency after hours, they are right out there to fix the problem.

The apartments are wonderful! Each one has a washer and dryer in them at no extra charge! Also with your own private entrance, it makes you feel safer knowing that you don't have to walk into a common hallway with numerous other units. They have huge windows which makes it nice and bright inside. All in all, I absolutely love my home here! I would refer Mad River to anyone who is looking to live in a peaceful neighborhood with almost every store only minutes away!
