I've lived at Mad River for 2 years, and have had a great experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff, the grounds kept very clean and appealing. Fantastic location! Right across the street from the Dayton Mall, but tucked away enough to avoid mall traffic. Very easy to get in and out. All apartments include a washer and dryer which is very convenient. No negative experiences.
