Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Nice apartments with a friendly and responsive staff-- but inadequate parking, safety concerns in downtown Dayton (2 porn shops, a seedy bar, and a homeless shelter all on the same block as the lofts), and noisy neighbors far outweigh the benefits of living here.
