Please consider another community down town! I agree with the other 3 reviewers, you hear EVERYTHING! If you don't enjoy hearing loud drunk people leaving Hammerjax at 2:30 in the morning, or if you don't enjoy hearing your neighbors music at 2:30 in the morning, don't consider St. Clair Lofts. I can't even watch t.v. in my own living room on nights that my neighbor is home with the surround sound BLASTING. I can't wait for my lease to be over!!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
