I don't hear everything, and if you don't want street noise then move somewhere away from any city. The apartments are great, and I have never had too much trouble with parking. The lofts are under new management this year, and the staff is great. The lobby, elevators, and hallways are cleaned nearly everyday. There is someone at the front desk at night who watches the cameras.

yeah right it use to look as nice as The Cannery. But now it looks like a old English country kitchen or a old county buffet.
