Maintenance is of top quality the maintenance men are really knowledgable. Close knit community I was truly welcomed by all residents as well as the office staff. Top rate ammenities are just one of the benefits. Love it here.

Again, this is so blanetly false. It sounds right out of their adds. The Connor Group are liers with old, rundown properties!!

Reviewed by MANAGEMENT. The Connor Group, Inc. (formerly Connor Murphy)owns this property and most of the other apartments that have the WORST ratings, aka Geortown of Kettering and Stonebridge. A common practice is to insert positive reviews like the one above to distract the viewer from the large volume of negative reviews.
