I moved in in November and I love it. The office staff is very friendly and accomidating. They went above and beyond to make this a great experience! The manager even took the time to personally introduce herself to me. I would highly reccommend Steeplechase to anyone looking for luxury living.

This is so obviously a review by management. The comment is so general it sounds right out of an ad! Come on Connor Group, your apartments SUCK!! You treat customers rudly, and it will come back to haunt you. It sounds like many people are unsatisfied with your properties.

Reviewed by MANAGEMENT. The Connor Group, Inc. (formerly Connor Murphy)owns this property and most of the other apartments that have the WORST ratings, aka Geortown of Kettering and Stonebridge. A common practice is to insert positive reviews like the one above to distract the viewer from the large volume of negative reviews.

This is obviously Managment's attempt at Damage Control. Their attempt to distract negative comments failed miserably! Many of the tenants I spoke to said they hated the place, could not wait to move out. Maintainance men are OK - not great. Connor treats customers rudely and I have not found a single person that I have personally talked to that likes Connor or the way they handle their tenants. When we told them we were leaving, they said, OK....no attempt to retain tenents. Why should they - most people are begging to leave anyway and as long as they bait and switch you with cheap rents who is going to mind?
