Never rent from any connor & murphy property! The office staff is always rude! They don't fix anything! If you have a problem it doesn't matter, they don't have time for you. Upon moving into my apartment, there was mold in the bathrooms above the showerhead, under the sink and in the crout of the shower. I also had mold in a cabinet that was next to the dishwasher.
When you try to move-out PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE YOUR 60 DAYS NOTICE!!!! They don't remind you and then the pentalize you for this. MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING ON YOUR MOVE-IN SHEET, IF YOU SHOULD MOVE IN TO ONE OF THEIR HELL HOLES!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY FROM YOU IF YOU DON'T DOCUMENT ANY AND EVERY PROBLEM WITH MOVING. CONNOR & MURPHY PROPERITIES ARE NOTORIOUS FOR NOT GIVING ANY OF THE DEPOSITS BACK!


DON'T MOVE IN TO ONE OF THESE PROPERTIES!!!!!!

How old are you? You need someone to hold your hand and tell you when your 60 day notice is due. Sounds like that would probably be in your contract which means it's your responsibility to put in your own notice! Your comments are a good reflection of your personality.

sounds like someone above works for Connor... just read what the vast majority of renters are saying about Connor. do YOU live in one of his apartments? it's not fun. this many complaints about a company are not abborations... it's too bad they are running these apt complexes into the ground.
