I lived at this community twice in 5 years. Here's what I ran into. I accidentally got put into a smaller apt, BUT... they moved me into a bigger one keeping my cheaper price and giving me a discount. Then, the one I ended up in had decent carpet, but needed work. They replaced it with no questions. The only reason why I moved out in '98 is because of a relationship that needed a house. After the relationship ended in '01, I went back and they were happy to get me into a wonderful unit as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I received military orders to Florida and had to leave only after 3 months. Now, 5 years later, I called today to ask for my old unit back and had a wonderful experience. I WILL be returning to the complex if not for my old unit, but for the service I received on the phone. Again, I never had any complaints the entire 5 years that I was in that area.
