My brother lived in Steeple Chase apartment in Centerville, Ohio under the management of Connor and Murphy, no called the Connor Group. He also was friends with the girl across the hall. He also knew another tenant in a different building. All three of these people vacated their apartment and left in much the same condition as when they had moved in, and all three were denyied their security deposits. My brother, luckly, had photos of his apartment before he moved in and also of the day he vacated and was able to sue and win his deposit back, but not without a lot of extra trouble. Anyone thinking of renting from the Connor Group needs to check them out the the Better Business Bureau and do yourself a favor and search Kettering Municipal Courts records under their name. You will see that they have been sued countless times for this illegal practice.
